Is your online shopping secure?

Protecting your order information is important to us. LIJA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

What can I use as a form of payment?

We accept the following payment options for North America

  • Amex
  • PayPal

The following payment option is accepted for the United Kingdom and Europe

  • PayPal

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

When you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order" on the final review page, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

You will receive an email confirmation detailing the charges of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

We're sorry you aren't happy with your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled, but you do have the option of returning it to us via courier. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package within 30 days from purchase date. See the returns section of our website for more details.

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made unless otherwise specified. Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA does not accept cash on demand (COD). Please contact web customer service immediately at 604.248.1083. 

How do I get a promotional code?

Promotional codes are time-limited offers published online or in print and are published periodically. Sign up to our newsletter to receive the latest news, updates and promotions from LIJA.

How do I use a promotional code?

Login to your account, shop and check out as you normally would. If you do not have an account, checkout as a guest and enter your promotional code. When you have finished adding products to your online shopping cart, the shopping cart page will list your purchases. If a promotional code is in effect, enter it in the box provided on the checkout page and click the Apply Coupon button. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order(s) to be shipped?

Delivery times will vary by region and by shipping option chosen by the customer. Please refer to the Shipping page for further details on your specific region. Orders are shipped on regular business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country.

Account and Newsletter

Why should I become a registered user?

Signing up has its benefits. Once you create an account, you'll be able to start shopping and saving. You'll be able to browse, shop and if necessary, place items in your shopping cart for purchase at a later time (placing items in your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee availability).

We will keep your information on hand so you can quickly check out without having to re-enter your information each time you shop with LIJA. For future visits, all you have to do is login with your LIJA username and password.

What if I need to change my online profile?

To make changes to your account information or profile, simply login with your current username and password then proceed to "Account." Your updated information will be used for any orders placed after your changes. LIJA is not responsible for updating your profile.

How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?

In order to receive emails containing LIJA news, special offers and promotions, you must sign up for our newsletter. LIJA will contact you bi-monthly about new collections, promotions and other product updates. You can opt out of the newsletter anytime simply by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of LIJA's email.

How do I unsubscribe from LIJA emails?

We're sorry to see you go! If for any reason you would like to be taken off the email list giving you insider tips for upcoming sales events, offers and promotions, simply click the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of LIJA's email.
