Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund purchases made through retailers other than LIJAstyle.com. If you have purchased LIJA at a retail store, please contact that same retailer for assistance.

All items being refunded MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by a packing list and return form. Unfortunately, we cannot refund used or customer damaged items. Please note that we are not able to process exchanges a this time. If you would like a replacement item, please place a new order on LIJAstyle.com.

How to return a LIJAstyle.com purchase?

  • A return form is enclosed with every package. Click here for a printable return form. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please send your package, including your return form (click here for a printable return form), via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
