Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund.

  • Items being refunded MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by a packing list and completed return form
  • We are unable to refund used or customer-damaged items
  • We must receive return packages within 30 days of the purchase or order date - these refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type
  • Each order number must have its own return form
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color, within 30 days of the purchase or order date
  • Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA does not accept C.O.D.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
  • We are unable to refund purchases made through retailers other than LIJAstyle.com

How to return a LIJAstyle.com purchase?

  1. Ensure that your return meets the above policy criteria
  2. Fill out the return form in full.
    A return form is enclosed with every package. Please click here for a printable return form.
  3. Include your completed return form with your the return package.
    Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please send your package, including your completed return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery
