In 2010, turned professional in May, played on the Symetra Tour – The Road to the LPGA in 2010 and 2011 where she recorded nine top-10 finished including third at the 2010 Falls Auto Group Classic. Finished tied for 33rd at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she earned Priority List Category 20 for the 2011 LPGA season.

What is your favorite concert you have ever been to?
“My mom’s. She (Jeeyeon Koong) was a pianist so the first concert I ever saw was her performing”

Helped the University of Alabama win its first NCAA National Championship in program history in 2012 and was individual runner-up. Pancake was named First-Team All-American and was awarded the 2012 Honda Award as the nation’s top collegiate golfer. Competed on the 2012 U.S. Curtis Cup Team.
What kind of superstitions do you have on the course?
“I am superstitious about what ball number I play. Whichever day of the tournament I am playing I have to play that number ball. For example, first day of the tournament I play a Callaway 1!”

Jessica currently holds a 142 singles ranking as well as a 92 doubles ranking. She has made it into the 3rd round of US Opens doubles in previous years. Holds three ITF doubles titles and was a singles finalist of 100k in Vancouver and 25k in Lutz, Florida. She also qualified for Indian Wells last year (2012).
What are your biggest pet peeves?
“People looking over your shoulder to read your phone. A messy and unorganized closet, I can't stand it. I have to color coordinate mine!”
