To help you play at your best every day, we construct our garments with some of the world’s best quality technological fabrics. We have developed some special symbols to help you identify which fabrication will be best for your chosen activity. You will see these symbols next to the appropriate materials in our Materials Guide and also next to appropriate items while you shop.

Bengal/Bengaline
Bengaline is a great must-have for the avid golfer. This soft, breathable fabric stretches and is designed to move with the body. Along with its wrinkle resistance and durability you just can’t go wrong with Bengaline on or off the course.
Classic Knit
This cotton, nylon, lycra blend is a staple in our product line for sweaters and vests. Women love this light-weight knit because it wears very well and feels very comfortable on.
Compression
Compression is one of our designer’s favorite fabrics for tennis and active apparel! Compression hugs the body to provide a flattering fit while stretching to provide freedom of movement. This fabric has a silky soft look and feel that makes it enjoyable to wear. It is perfect for any sport as it wicks away moisture, dries quickly and protects against the sun. Try it – we know you’ll love it!
Compression 2
Compression 2 is a dense Nylon/Lycra fabric that offers superior stretch. It is slightly heavier than our standard compression for added stability or cooler days. This fabrication has a brushed finish on the inside, body hugging support, moisture wicking and UV protection of 40+.
Core
Core is a classic cotton fabric with a hint of stretch designed for maximum comfort and ease of movement. This cotton/spandex blend is comfortable and easy to wear making it a staple in any wardrobe.
Core Fleece
Core Fleece offers superior comfort and has a classic look and feel with a luxurious soft fleece back.
Flow
Flow is an extremely soft, polyester knit. The material is sanded on both the front and back giving it a comfortable worn look. Technical features for this fabric are moisture wicking and quick drying.
Fluid
Our most luxurious fabric ever, Fluid is lightweight and buttery soft to the touch. But don’t let its luxury fool you! This fabric also possesses many technical qualities such as moisture wicking, quick drying and UV protection. Fluid looks and feels almost like silk yet has the added technical features of a Nylon/Spandex blend.
Fuse
Fuse, our textured technical knit, has a breathable perforated construction, ideal for high performance activities. It wicks away moisture and dries quickly to keep you feeling and looking cool.
Glossy
Glossy is by far our most popular material. Women just love the stretch, durability, weight and slight sateen finish. All of these features together help give women a slightly sleeker silhouette.
Melange
The mélange fabric is a the result of a blend of yarns giving a heathered effect. This viscose blend knit has a very soft feel with just the right amount of stretch for superior comfort and ease of movement.
Mira
This soft lightweight fabric is a favorite of our designer’s Linda Hipp. Mira feels soft on the skin while wicking away moisture, drying quickly and resisting wrinkles making it a favorite for performance sports. This technical fabric is great on and off the golf course!
Moda
Moda is comprised of cotton, modal and spandex giving it many great characteristics make it very comfortable to wear and soft to touch. Moda breathes well, has a silky texture and remains soft and lustrous even after several washes.
Myth
Myth is a durable, wrinkle-resistant fabric with a slight sheen. This technical fabric is a nylon spandex blend that stretches to move with the body and feels silky and smooth to the touch. This soft fabric will keep you feeling comfortable while looking great!
Nuvo
A lightweight, 100% cotton fabric, Nuvo is used primarily in LIJA sweaters and vests. Its all-natural, lightweight quality makes it ideal for layering and breathability.
Pace
Pace is a feather-weight woven polyester with a subtle hexagonal pattern that creates a unique surface interest. This fabrication, ideal for running, is moisture wicking, quick drying with mechanical stretch.
Parallel
Parallel is heavier, more structured, woven fabric with a subtle herringbone weave that creates visual interest. This cotton/polyester blend is infused with a bit of spandex to give the stretch needed when teeing off or running around.
Pique
Pique is the classic polo fabric. This woven knit is a medium-weight cotton/polyester blend designed to breathe yet keep its shape after washing.
Plaid
LIJA’s plaid fabrication is made of a cotton blend with a hint of stretch for ease of movement. Plaid is a medium-weight fabrication that’s easy to care for and keeps its shape well.
Tech Pique
Tech Pique was created with performance and comfort in mind. While looking and feeling great, this odor-resistant fabric is tough against the damage of perspiration and detergents. It is also moisture-wicking, quick dying and has a UPF 20+. Tech Pique will help you play your best game while still looking stylish.
Verve
Verve is used largely in our mid-layer pieces as it is perfect for layering during warm up or cool down. Verve not only provides a buttery soft feel next to skin but all the right technical properties including moisture wicking, quick drying and UV protection of 40+.
Willow
Willow is a beautiful translucent fabric that is so light-weight, you may even forget that you have it on! This easy-care fabrication is lightweight, compact, water repellant and wind resistant. We love this fabric because you get the lightweight translucent appearance that is so in fashion right now, paired with a durable nylon rip-stop.
Wind
Wind is a beautiful opaque, lightweight fabric. The surface features a pearlescent finish that creates a subtle sheen. This nylon fabrication is compact, water repellent and wind resistant.
