Protecting your order information is important to us. LIJA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.
What can I use as a form of payment?

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
When you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order" on the final review page, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
What currency will I be charged in?
Lijastyle.com prices are quoted in US and Canadian dollars. We use 1USD = 1CAD exchange rate on our website. Therefore, if your ordered is being billed to a Canadian address, you will be charged the dollar amount posted on the site in Canadian dollars. All non-Canadian customers will be charged in USD. Therefore, if your order is being billed within the US or to any other countries except Canada, you will be charged the dollar amount posted on the site in USD.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
You will receive an email confirmation detailing the charges of your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it to us via courier. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package within 30 days from purchase date. See the Return section of our site for more details.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made unless otherwise specified. Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.
How do I get a promotional code?
Promotional codes are time-limited offers published online or in print and are published periodically. Sign up to our newsletter on any page on our site to receive the latest news, updates and promotions from LIJA.
How do I use a promotional code?
Using the promotional code is easy: Just log into your account, shop and check out as you normally would. When you have finished adding products to your online shopping cart, the shopping cart page will list your purchases. For most promotions, you must log into your LIJAstyle.com account before you apply the promotional code to your order for it to be taken into account. If a promotional code is in effect, enter it in the box provided on the checkout page and click the Apply Coupon button. If there is any problem with the promotional code you have entered, there will be an error message to let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue the check out process. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
How do I use a promotional code for Free Shipping?
Using the promotional code is easy: Just log into your account, shop and check out as you normally would. For most promotions, you must log into your LIJAstyle.com account before you apply the promotional code to your order for it to be taken into account. If a promotional code is in effect, enter it in the box provided on the checkout page and click the Apply Coupon button. For Promotional Codes related to Free Shipping, you must obtain an estimate for shipping costs for your location by filling out your country and state/province before entering the Promotional Code. Once you have your shipping estimate, enter the Promotional Code and Free Shipping will appear as an additional shipping option for you to choose. Choose this option and your new total will appear if a discount applies. If there is any problem with the promotional code you have entered, there will be an error message to let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue the check out process. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

How long will it take for my order(s) to be shipped?
Delivery times will vary by region and by shipping option chosen by the customer. Please refer to the Shipping page for further details on your specific region.
Orders are shipped on regular business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country.
Account and Newsletter
Why should I become a registered user?
Once you create a LIJA account, you'll be able to start shopping! You'll be able to browse, shop and if necessary, place items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time (placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee availability).
We will keep your information on hand so you can quickly check out your items without having to re-enter all your information every time you shop with LIJA. For all future visits, all you have to do is log in with your username and password.
What if I need to change my online profile?
To make changes to your account information or profile, simply log in with your current username and password then proceed to "Account". Your updated information will be used for any orders placed after your changes. LIJA is not responsible for updating your profile.
How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?
In order to receive emails containing LIJA news, special offers and promotions, you must sign up on our newsletter on any page on our site. In general, LIJA will contact you approximately once a month on average to share news about new collections, promotions and other updates. You can opt out of the newsletter at anytime simply by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email that we send.
How do I unsubscribe from LIJA emails?
If for any reason you would like to be taken off the email list that notifies you of upcoming events, offers and sales, simply click the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every email we send.
