Creating an Account

If you are new to LIJA Online, you will be required to create a user account.

From the homepage, just click on SHOP LIJA. Once you create a LIJA account, you’ll be able to start shopping! You’ll be able to browse, shop and if necessary, place items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time (placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee availability).

We’ll keep your information on hand so you can quickly check out your items without having to re-enter all your information everytime you shop LIJA. All you have to do is log in with your username and password.

Ordering and Tracking

When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

When you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order" on the final review page, you'll receive an order confirmation number. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been processed and shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Modify or Cancel Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation e-mail or Shipping Confirmation, please contact us immediately for assistance at 604.270.6060 or customerservice@lijastyle.com.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LIJA is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 10 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made unless otherwise specified. Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.
